Hi there! I'm Sofie, originally from Sweden, and I've been living in the United States for over 25 years. I'm a proud mother of two daughters, ages 19 and 22. My love for the outdoors, hiking, and running has been a constant source of joy. In 2011, I discovered CrossFit and have been hooked ever since!

I started coaching a few years ago, and my passion for helping people reach their fitness goals has only grown stronger. Last year I became a partner and co-owner of Decoded Training Center in Desert Hot Springs, California. Coaching our members is incredibly fulfilling, and they inspire me every day. More recently, I also became a partner and co-owner of Palm Valley Athletics in Palm Springs!

Aside from my fitness ventures, I'm also a bar owner, which is another exciting challenge in my life.

A few years back, I met Alma, who has become the best friend anyone could ask for. She's an amazing gym buddy who constantly motivates and encourages me. Together we created Owl Power, a platform that encourages women and men to build strong friendships in the gym and in life. Our mission is to motivate others to never give up, lift each other up, and to live life to the fullest. We want everyone to find their Owl, which represents their best friend and gym buddy.

I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far and excited about what the future holds. With my love for fitness and helping people, I want to inspire many more individuals to lead happier and healthier lives!
